1. Tanjong Rhu Parc Front Kallang/Whampoa BTO Feb 2025 Project
In line with the government’s plans to build more new homes in the waterfront precincts of Marina East and Nicoll, we see the Tanjong Rhu Parc Front Kallang/Whampoa Feb BTO 2025 launch being situated by the Geylang River waterfront.
The Tanjong Rhu Parc Front Kallang/Whampoa Feb BTO 2025 site is bounded by Tanjong Rhu Road, the Marina Coastal Expressway (MCE), and East Coast Parkway (ECP). Tanjong Rhu MRT station (Thomson-East Coast Line) is a 10-minute walk away. From the station, Marina Bay MRT station (North-South Line, TEL, Circle Line) is two stops away; Shenton Way is three stops away; Outram Park is five stops away (East West Line, North-East Line, TEL).
Stadium MRT station (Circle Line) is a short distance away. There, residents can have their entertainment and everyday needs met at Kallang Wave Mall and Leisure Park Kallang.
Proximity to the city center, numerous nearby amenities, and unobstructed waterfront views are likely why the Tanjong Rhu Parc Front Kallang/Whampoa Feb 2025 BTO launch will be a highly sought after project.
There aren’t any HDB flats in the new neighbourhood so if you want your first home to be located here, this is your best chance. But if you have a higher budget, you can look at private property in the area, or HDB resale flats in the Old Airport Road neighbourhood.
2. Stirling Horizon – Plus Queenstown BTO Feb 2025 Project

For those who enjoy hiking, the Alexandra-Queensway Park Connector is at the project’s door step and links to the Rail Corridor. Smaller parks such as the Commonwealth Park and the Rumah Tinggi Eco-Park are a short walk away. IKEA is also within an 11-minute walk of the Queenstown BTO Feb 2025 launch.
